We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. This role is essential for creating high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a knack for customer interactions, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet high-quality standards.
Understand and implement different brewing methods, ingredients, and equipment to prepare tea and coffee drinks, such as espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and other custom orders.
Engage with customers, take orders, and process payments while offering friendly and efficient service.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tables, counters, and coffee machines.
Manage inventory of products and supplies to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a coffee shop setting preferred, but not required.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, beverage preparation, and sanitation principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide friendly customer service.
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and ability to lift moderately heavy supplies.
